ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for the full service.

Extra guests are not permitted into the salon with you and will be asked to wait outside, this includes children.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.


CHILDREN

We want all our salon guests to receive the fullest service possible so we ask that you do not bring children in the salon unless they are scheduled for an appointment. If you bring your child you will be asked to reschedule and full price of service will be due.
 

cancellation policy

Salon K requires a credit card in order to reserve any appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment we require 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. No show's or not calling to reschedule will be charged 100% of the service.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.
In an effort to help you avoid cancellation or no show charges, Salon K will send you text reminders 7 days prior to an appointment and 48 hours before an appointment, however, please do not rely solely on our software to provide these reminders. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment. If you do not receive our emails or texts, please ensure we have correct cell phone details.
 

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex, cash or debit cards. No personal checks.

refund policy

Salon K does not issue refunds on any service or product. If there is an issue with your color or cut, the stylist that performed the original service will fix it at no additional charge. Adjustments to any service will qualify only if there is an inconsistency in quality (blotchy, bleeds, missed grey coverage, etc.). Any discrepancies must be reported to Salon K within 72 hours of the initial appointment and the fix must be completed within 7 days of the original appointment. If the client wants additional work done that was not discussed in the original consultation this would require an additional appointment and may come with additional fees. All retail purchases are nonrefundable.

A great gift for any occasion! Gift Certificates are available in any dollar value of your choice or for a specific service. Please be aware Gift Certificates are nonrefundable.
